Take A Bow - Rihanna

Chris Brown had his preliminary hearing, where Rihanna was supposed to be in attendance. She was fully prepared to testify according to her attorney, but she didn't testify because Chris Brown pleaded guilty to an assault charge resulting in a plea deal. However, a plea deal was entered and this is what Chris Brown got:

180 days of community labor
5 years of probation
Level 1 Stay away order.
1 year of counseling

The stay away order was issued against Rihanna's wishes, however the judge felt it was best and that it may be lessened/lightened at Chris Brown's August hearings. The details of the order is that Chris Brown can not come within 50 yards of Rihanna and 10 yards apart if they are both in attendance at the same event. If the judge decides to keep the Stay Away order in effect after the August hearing, it will remain for the entire duration of Chris Brown's 5 year probation sentence. According to Rihanna's attorney, C. Breezy had 2 options, either 180 days in jail or 180 community service/hard labor (what did you think was going to happen?). The plea deal was entered/accepted at 12:30 this afternoon in the district attorney's office. Chris Brown has yet another hearing in August 2009, I do not know a specific date yet.

Ok all I have to say about the the level one stay away order A.K.A. PPO he's gonna see her regardless cause she's a dumb clueless little bitch and I don't have no respect for Chris Brown at all. If his mama didn't tell him when he was a little boy not to put his hands on a female I fell sorry for her cause she's not even a real woman. I think he should have been in prison.
