Though I was born in the 80's, it was '89 so I was definitely brought up in the 90's. I was the BIGGEST Brandy fan when I was young (still am though, girl is talented) and I was only 5 when this song was released, but I remember this video because the hand motion/signature dance was killer! lol. And did you see Ray J? Gosh I love the 90's. Brandy "I Wanna Be Down."
